Job summary

A leading company in London is seeking an experienced Endur Business Analyst to lead business process design and analysis for global energy trading clients. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Endur software and the trade lifecycle, with responsibilities that include gathering business requirements, leading testing and delivery processes, and collaborating with development teams. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in energy trading and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Endur BA in energy/commodity trading.
• Experience with Oil and Gas products, either physical or financial.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements across front, middle, and back office
• Translate needs into functional Endur configurations and workflows
• Lead workshops, support testing, and ensure delivery aligns with trading operations
• Collaborate with dev teams and client stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years as an Endur BA in energy/commodity trading
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and Endur modules (TM, SM, RiskPak)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Oil and Gas products - physical or financial
