Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced governance-focused professional to manage end-user security, compliance and risk across workplace devices and applications. You will monitor vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation with product and patch teams, and maintain audit evidence and control documentation.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to drive governance forums and ensure regulatory alignment across engineering, security and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-user technology, cyber security, compliance, service governance or technology governance.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, patching, software lifecycle, control evidence and exception management.
• Ability to work across engineering, operations, application security, audit and risk stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to manage governance forums and track actions.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-user security, compliance and governance across workplace devices and apps.
• Monitors compliance posture and collaborates with Cyber Security and engineering teams to review vulnerabilities and remediation.
• Tracks vulnerabilities, unsupported software, end-of-life platforms, and non-compliant configurations through to closure.
• Coordinates remediation activity across product, application, and patch management owners.
• Manages exception governance with risk assessments, approvals, and reviews until closure.
• Provides compliance reporting, audit evidence and control documentation for technology and regulatory requirements.
