Qualifications

  • Demonstrable sales experience—ideally within Medical Devices or Capital Equipment.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Confidence and resilience when working in clinical or operating room environments.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems for territory and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture exceptional relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Identify new opportunities and execute quarterly and annual business plans.
  • Deliver training sessions on the use of Stryker's advanced technologies.
  • Provide on-site support and product expertise in operating rooms.
  • Manage your territory through effective planning and strategic resource allocation.
  • Represent Stryker at surgeon training events and trade shows.
  • Achieve financial and commercial targets through excellent customer management.
