A leading healthcare provider in Milton Keynes is seeking a part-time Endoscopy Receptionist. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients, handling queries, and scheduling appointments while working across two sites. Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role is essential. The role offers a salary between £24,937 to £26,598 pro rata and opportunities for flexible working.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Endoscopy Team for a PART TIME Receptionist/Administrator. Working pattern will be a rolling 4/5 week rota.
The post holder will be required to work Saturdays (approximately 1 in every 4/5).
The working week will be a mix of longer (10hrs) shifts and short (6hrs) shifts, as agreed.
The successful applicant will be expected to work over two sites – Milton Keynes University Hospital and Whitehouse Diagnostic Centre, MK8.
Previous experience working within the NHS in an administrative or reception-based role is required.
Demonstrate good administrative skills and exemplary customer service skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work. Must be able to work well under pressure and remain courteous and professional at all times.
Enjoy working as part of a team and ideally have previous experience of working with the public.

Cover reception and support the Admission team in Endoscopy (MKUH and Whitehouse Community Diagnostic Centre).
Provide excellent reception/customer service to patients and schedule appointments. Experience of using Windows 10 and eCare is advantageous, but full training will be given.
