Job summary

Circle Health in Nottingham is recruiting for a part-time role covering 32 hours per week within our Circle Health Group network. The role supports the delivery of high-quality care, emphasising empathy, dignity and patient-focused service.

You will work with the team to develop your skills in endoscopy care and decontamination, maintaining a safe, compassionate environment and contributing to patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
• Basic and advanced Competence / qualification in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination.
• Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination.
• Teaching / Assessing / mentorship qualifications Knowledge of Care Quality Commission, GRS, JAG, HTM 01 -06.
• ILS.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
• Support the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
• Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge / skill, and expertise.
• Communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient.
• Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients; demonstrate courage to speak up when there are concerns about care.
• Demonstrate commitment to improving care and the patient experience.
