Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) recognised by the NMC.
• Experience in Endoscopy required.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.

• Support unit managers in a Junior leadership role.
• Ensure high quality care within a clinical governance framework.
• Deputise in the day-to-day management in the absence of the band 7.
