A leading NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is seeking a Decontamination Team member to support the endoscope decontamination process. This role entails performing manual cleaning, adhering to guidelines for safety and quality, and operating specialized equipment. The Decontamination Team member will support the process of endoscope decontamination for all flexible endoscopes used in the hospital’s departments. The role operates on a rotational seven‑day service, covering weekdays, bank holidays, evenings, and weekends, under the direction of the Unit Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Lead or Supervisors. This is not a patient‑facing role.
