Job summary

Flourish is seeking an experienced Visiting Endodontist in Shipston-on-Stour to run a private endodontic service one day per month. You will join an established family practice with a local patient base and a plan to build an internal referral list for endodontics.

The role offers an initial guaranteed day rate, with the potential to move to a private revenue share as referrals grow. Visa sponsorship is not available; UK practice experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified and GDC registered dentist.
• Previous UK dental practice experience.
• Advanced postgraduate training in Endodontics.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Providing private endodontic consultations and assessments.
• Managing patients referred internally for endodontic treatment.
• Diagnosis and endodontic treatment planning.
• Providing root canal treatment and more complex endodontic procedures within your clinical scope.
• Explaining treatment options and expected outcomes to patients.
• Building relationships with referring clinicians within the practice.

Visiting Endodontist - 1 Day per Month

Shipston-on-Stour | £500-£1,000 per day earning potential | Private Percentage Split | Initial Guaranteed Day Rate

We are recruiting for an experienced Visiting Endodontist to join a well-established family dental practice in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire, initially providing an endodontic clinic one day per month.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist or Dentist with a Special Interest in Endodontics looking to add a regular monthly session to their existing clinical commitments.

The practice has an established patient base and is looking to develop its endodontic offering, providing the successful clinician with the opportunity to build a strong internal referral list.

To support you while the service is being established, the practice is happy to offer an initial guaranteed day rate, with the opportunity to move onto a competitive percentage split of private revenue as the patient and referral list develops.

There may also be scope to increase the frequency of clinics in the future depending on patient demand.

Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. Previous UK dental practice experience is essential for this role.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist

• Confident managing complex endodontic cases within your clinical scope
• Excellent patient communication and treatment-planning skills
• Appropriate professional indemnity
• Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Commitment to maintaining excellent clinical standards

This position may suit an Endodontist, Dentist with a Special Interest in Endodontics (DwSI), Dentist with Enhanced Skills in Endodontics or an experienced Associate Dentist with advanced postgraduate endodontic training.
