Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced End-User Security & Governance Specialist to strengthen our cybersecurity posture across workplace devices, OS, and applications. You will monitor compliance, manage vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation with engineering, operations, and risk teams.

Applicants should have strong governance experience, familiarity with vulnerability management, patching, and control evidence, plus excellent stakeholder communication to elevate risks and drive evidence-based

Qualifications

• Experience in end-user technology, cyber security, compliance, service management or technology governance.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, patching, supported software lifecycle, control evidence and exception management.
• Ability to work across engineering, operations, application, security, audit and risk stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-user security, compliance and governance across workplace devices and applications.
• Monitors compliance posture and drives remediation with Cyber Security, engineering and service teams.
• Tracks vulnerabilities, unsupported software, end-of-life platforms and non-compliant configurations until closure.
• Coordinates remediation activity across product owners, service owners and patch teams.
• Manages exception governance with risk assessments, approvals and closure reviews.
• Provides reliable compliance reporting, audit evidence and control documentation.
• Maintains governance dashboards for devices and applications.

Job Summary:

Key Skills and Experience Experience in end-user technology, cyber security, compliance, service management or technology governance. Strong understanding of vulnerability management, patching, supported software lifecycle, control evidence and exception management. Ability to work across engineering, operations, application, security, audit and risk stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret compliance data, identify trends, challenge data quality and translate findings into clear actions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage governance forums, track actions and elevate risk effectively

Key responsibilities:

• Supports end-user security, compliance and governance across workplace devices, operating systems and end-user applications.
• Monitors compliance posture and works with Cyber Security, engineering and service teams to review vulnerabilities and drive remediation.
• Tracks vulnerabilities, unsupported software, end-of-life platforms and non-compliant configurations through to closure.
• Coordinates remediation activity across product owners, application owners, service owners and patch management teams.
• Manages exception governance, ensuring risks are assessed, approved, time-bound and reviewed until closure.
• Provides reliable compliance reporting, audit evidence and control documentation to support technology, risk and regulatory requirements
• End User Workplace Technology and devices compliance Dashboard (Laptop, Desktop(+Standalone), Tablet, Workstation, Mobile Devices , Virtual Devices, Printers, AV Equipment, Communication Devices)
• End User Workplace Applications (e.g. Zscaler, Citrix, Adobe, Tanium, DLP, MDE) Compliance Dashboard
• End User OS (WIN, MAC, iOS) Compliance dashboard
• Vulnerability Remediation Tracking

Preferred Certifications

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) - advantageous
• CompTIA Server+
