Dex is expanding its data and ML function in London. You will join a small, end-to-end focused team responsible for designing, shipping, diagnosing ML models and building the supporting ML infra.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production ML experience with end-to-end model delivery.
• Experience across data pipeline, model, and live serving.
• Strong foundation in statistics and A/B testing.
• Interest in business impact and scalable ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production ML models that impact user engagement and earnings.
• Translate business problems into ML formulations.
• Build and optimize reward/incentive structures balancing user motivation and costs.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement fixes.
• Contribute to core ML infrastructure from training to live serving.
