Job summary

Link, through its unit C~urb, is seeking a construction-focused Project Manager for its Property Maintenance Team in Scotland. You will lead end-to-end investment programmes across occupied housing stock, from survey through procurement and contract delivery to handover.

The role requires a strong background in building surveying, quantity surveying or construction project management, a degree level education, and preferably chartered status with RICS/CIOB/APM.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent construction experience.
• Background in building surveying, quantity surveying or construction project management.
• Experience delivering capital/major works across full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end investment projects across occupied housing stock.
• Lead survey, feasibility, procurement, mobilisation and contract delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, contractors and residents with clear communication.
