Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) Limited is seeking a proactive Producer to support client brands on six-month campaigns, from conception through shoot and final asset delivery. You will manage budgets, briefs, and production plans while coordinating with agencies, freelancers and internal teams to achieve high creative standards.

You will handle pre-production details, casting, location sourcing, schedules and vendor negotiations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.

Qualifications

• Understand client briefs and interpret production requirements.
• Plan, quote, and manage delivery of shoots from conception to final asset delivery.
• Produce accurate cost estimates and manage production spend within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of photography and video productions from client brief to final asset approval.
• Develop production plans, schedules and budgets based on client requirements.
• Source suppliers and negotiate rates to maximise value and quality.
• Coordinate pre-production: casting, crew booking, location sourcing, permits, call sheets and logistics.
• Lead shoot-day operations ensuring on-time, safe, and high-quality productions.
• Collaborate with clients, creatives, photographers, directors and post-production teams.
• Oversee post-production workflows and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Keep stakeholders updated with regular project progress and risks.
