Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking experienced cleaning professionals to perform detailed end-of-tenancy cleans for residential properties in the local Milton area. You will work on flexible, part-time cleaning assignments, often 4–8 hours per job, with opportunities on weekdays and weekends.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of end-of-tenancy cleaning experience, be able to work independently, supply their own cleaning equipment, and have a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' end-of-tenancy cleaning experience required.
• Able to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Must supply your own cleaning equipment and products.
• Must have your own reliable vehicle (not suitable to use Uber, taxis or public transport)

Responsibilities

• Complete full end-of-tenancy cleaning from top to bottom
• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
• Clean cupboards, appliances, internal doors, frames, and skirting boards
• Wipe down internal windows, blinds, and high-touch surfaces
• Ensure properties are ready for landlord inspections and incoming tenants

Key Responsibilities

Complete full end-of-tenancy cleaning from top to bottom

Wipe down internal windows, blinds, and high-touch surfaces

Ensure properties are ready for landlord inspections and incoming tenants

What You'll Receive

Flexible part-time cleaning assignments

Weekday work with additional weekend opportunities

Full cleaning instructions before every assignment

Pay

£15 per hour

£18 per completed job for the use of your own cleaning equipment and products

Paid travel time where applicable

Client parking costs covered (excluding street parking)

Minimum 2 years' end-of-tenancy cleaning experience

Able to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards

Must supply your own cleaning equipment and products

Must have your own reliable vehicle (Uber, taxis, and public transport are not suitable)
