JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking an experienced end-of-tenancy cleaner for part-time, flexible cleaning assignments in Bakewell. You will perform complete turnover cleans, and thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms and living areas to ensure the property is presented to a high standard for the next tenant.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' end-of-tenancy cleaning experience and a reliable vehicle, as public transport cannot be used for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in end-of-tenancy cleaning.
• A reliable vehicle is required; public transport cannot be used for this role.

Responsibilities

• Complete full property turnover and end-of-tenancy cleans.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.
• Clean cupboards, appliances and fitted furniture.
• Dust, wipe and sanitise doors, frames, blinds and other surfaces.
• Pay close attention to areas that are often overlooked.
• Ensure the property is presented to a high standard before the next tenant moves in.
