Job description

When a tenant leaves, the property has to be ready for the next one quickly. Ovens, carpets, bathrooms, windows, every cupboard emptied and wiped.

The clean is the last thing that happens before somebody inspects the property, so it is the part that gets judged hardest.

• Bring your own materials and equipment.
• Photograph the finished property room by room.

• Your own tools and your own transport.
• A phone you can take photos on. Every job is signed off with pictures.
