A reputable care organization in Norwich is recruiting for an Enabling Support Worker to provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities. You will maintain records, assist with personal care, and encourage residents to lead fulfilling lives. As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
The Court, Norwich, is a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This service provides 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats plus two flats for two people.
