The KEaH Thanet Enablement Team is based at St Peters House, Broadstairs, with an expectation to deliver support in Ramsgate, Margate, Birchington and surrounding areas. Enablement focuses on taking an individual on a journey to independence or reducing long-term care needs through planned support with aspects of daily living including personal care, working with a structured team (Enablement Locality Organiser, Enablement Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapist and multi-agency partners in KCC and health).
