As the Enablement Manager for the Multi-asset and Adviser Solutions (“MAAS”) in Europe, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the departmentoperateseffectively, efficiently and in alignment with strategic priorities – as well as be a key player in the execution of the growth plan for the business across its different pillars.
Sitting on the MAAS Leadership Team (“MAAS LT”),this role willenableMAASleadersand broader teamto perform at their bestthrough planning, prioritisation and execution of key team-wideinitiatives and strategic projects – at an important junction for the business, as it prepares for a significant acceleration both in the UK and in Continental Europe (CE).
Reporting into the Head of MAAS, Europe (“Team Head”), this role will have a number of important accountabilities:
