A leading energy provider is seeking an EMR Policy Analyst to aid in policy implementation and stakeholder engagement. Based in Warwick, the role includes hybrid working and offers a competitive salary between £48,000 - £54,000. The EMR Delivery Body administers two key government schemes:
There is currently a significant focus on both schemes from DESNZ, Ofgem, participants and wider stakeholders to assess their ongoing effectiveness and how they need to evolve in the changing energy market.
As an EMR Policy Analyst, you will work within the EMR Strategy & Policy team to implement new policy, rules and regulations. You will work closely with EMR Senior Policy Leads to manage the development of EMR’s policy positions, while being supported to develop your policy development and project management skills. You will also contribute to NESO’s role as a trusted advisor to DESNZ, Ofgem and other stakeholders.
This role is based from our Warwick office, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

A competitive salary between £48,000 - £54,000pa – dependent on experience and capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on company performance, 26 days annual leave as standard and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
