Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Support Worker in Frome to help people live more independently with dignity. You’ll provide person-centred support, personal care, and assistance with daily routines while building trusting relationships in the community.

The role offers £13 per hour, funded training up to QCF Level 5, full training and ongoing support, a pension, and career development opportunities, plus a refer-a-friend bonus scheme and Blue Light Card discounts.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach; willing to learn and build trust.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
