Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and learning disabilities.
• Calm, patient and kind approach; ability to build trust.
• Epilepsy understanding desirable; epilepsy training provided for the right person.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support an 18-year-old young woman with activities in the community and at home.
• Accompany to outings (playgrounds, parks, gym, SEND swimming) and holidays.
• Encourage independence, confidence and enjoyment of everyday activities.
• Follow a behaviour support plan and attend training as needed.
