Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a student in Cheltenham. This full-time role runs five days per week, with a daily rate of £85–£100 and holiday pay of 12.07% accrued into your holiday pot.

You will work with teachers to provide personalised support, assist with classroom activities and behaviour management, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment to aid the student’s growth. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• At least 30 days experience working with children in an educational setting.
• No formal qualifications required; experience and dedication matter most.
• Strong compassion for well-being and development of young learners.
• Enthusiasm and positive energy for education.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to the assigned student, meeting academic and emotional needs.
