Protocol Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across Sutton, Epsom, and surrounding areas. You will assist with 1:1, small groups, and general classroom support, helping pupils engage with lessons and feel included.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children, a calm demeanour, and a genuine desire to make a difference. Training and ongoing CPD are provided, with supportive consultant supervision and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people.
• Calm, positive, and patient energy.
• Genuine care about making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Support KS1 or KS2 pupils.
• Bring lessons to life alongside the teacher.
• Offer 1:1 and small group support.
• Help children with SEND feel confident and included.
