• Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting is essential.
• Ability to seamlessly transition between different classroom environments and age groups.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff.
• An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
• Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative school team.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons, helping every student reach their potential.
• Work with small groups and provide crucial 1:1 assistance for pupils with SEN.
• Contribute to a calm, focused, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Help prepare and organize essential learning materials.
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
