Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Support Worker for its Kidsgrove hospital in Staffordshire. The role supports women in care, across two wards, with a focus on safeguarding and wellbeing.

You will provide physical and emotional support, learn each individual's needs, and assist with medical and welfare tasks on shift. Successful candidates will work a 42-hour week with flexible overtime, receive ongoing coaching and supervision, and join a national network delivering high-quality mental
