Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with HCPC.
• A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and identify strengths to support independence.
• Recommend equipment and adaptations to enable living safely at home.
• Develop creative solutions for adults with physical, cognitive and mental health challenges.
