Grant Thornton UK is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to join our national Employment Tax team. You will advise a diverse client base on PAYE, NIC, IR35 and employment status, with opportunities to lead projects and improve pay/benefit structures.

Employment Tax is an important building block for any business. We support businesses and employees with a practical and pragmatic perspective — making their approach to expenses more efficient, training them on how to embed new rules such as IR35, proposing pragmatic solutions when compliance falls short, answering queries on how to best reward and tax benefits and payments provided to their employees, introducing new or updated salary‑sacrifice employee benefit schemes and dealing with tax authorities.
