Job summary

Bishop Fleming is seeking an Employment Tax Manager to join our growing tax team in the UK. You will work with a diverse range of clients on challenging employment tax advisory projects and help develop junior team members.

Working closely with Tax Partners and Directors, you will deliver a broad range of employment tax services, support business development, and contribute to strategy. Candidates with international employments experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment tax environment.
• Experience advising on international employments is desirable.
• Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with clients.
• Growth Coach who enjoys developing and coaching their teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of employment tax advisory projects, including advice on benefit and reward packages, international employments, national minimum wage and CIS enquiries.
• Advising businesses on employment tax issues on acquisitions or sales of businesses including signing off employment tax due diligence reports.
• Developing and coaching our trainees.
• Contributing to business development activities in the local marketplace and across the firm.
• Participate in business strategy and contribute to the development of our employment tax services.
