Employment & Development Support Officer

Location: Across County Durham

Contract: Initially until March 2026, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

Our Employment & Development Support Officers are vital members of the team, providing day-to-day support to our advisers and helping us connect with the communities we serve. Working within a specific area of County Durham, you'll:

• energize our community presence and build trusted local relationships.
• support advisers with their caseloads and outreach work.
• spot opportunities to engage residents and partners.
• use social media and local networks to promote our work and events.

You'll be part of a supportive, established team that values collaboration, creativity, and local insight. This is your chance to help shape positive change and strengthen connections within County Durham communities.
