We’re expanding our team and we’re looking for a motivated, community‑focused Employment & Development Support Officer to join us.

Our Employment & Development Support Officers are vital members of the team, providing day‑to‑day support to our advisers and helping us connect with the communities we serve.

Working within a specific area of County Durham, you’ll :

  • Energize our community presence and build trusted local relationships.
  • Support advisers with their caseloads and outreach work.
  • Spot opportunities to engage residents and partners.
  • Use social media and local networks to promote our work and events.

You’ll be part of a supportive, established team that values collaboration, creativity, and local insight. This is your chance to help shape positive change and strengthen connections within County Durham communities.
