Job summary

Aspire Recruitment is seeking an Employment Specialist to support people facing barriers to finding and sustaining meaningful employment in Chorley & Leyland. You will manage a caseload, tailor action plans and deliver job search guidance, CV help, interview coaching and employability support.

You’ll develop relationships with local employers, promote candidates and provide in-work support, while working to performance targets with a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, welfare-to-work, careers guidance or recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a caseload, client portfolio or recruitment pipeline.
• Confidence engaging with employers and generating employment opportunities.
• Ability to motivate, encourage and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
• Genuine passion for helping people achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
