Job summary

The Forward Trust in Folkestone is seeking an Employment Specialist to support people facing barriers to work. You'll run your own caseload, help with CVs, applications, and interview prep, and work across Folkestone, Hythe and Dover.

This full-time role (35 hours) offers personalised training, and the chance to build relationships with local employers within an inclusive, supportive environment backed by extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability or support roles is desirable but training will be provided.
• Strong communication, empathy and advocacy abilities.
• Experience working with people facing barriers to employment is a plus.
