Employment Associate / Senior Associate / Legal Director – National

Location : National | Salary : up to £105,000 DOE | Work Pattern : Hybrid | Reports to : Partner / Head of Department

A highly regarded employment team is seeking to appoint talented lawyers at Associate, Senior Associate, and Legal Director level. With two positions available, this recruitment forms part of the firm’s strategic investment in its national offering and succession planning.

The role

You will advise on the full spectrum of contentious respondent and non‑contentious employment matters, including :

  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
  • Employment contract breaches
  • Equality and whistleblowing cases
  • TUPE advice and corporate support work
  • Organisational change, redundancies, and HR policy
Candidate profile
