The Role

You will provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs and trade unions on a wide range of issues, including:

• Settlement agreements
• Redundancy and restructures
• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination
• Disciplinary procedures and grievances
• Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals

What experience are we looking for?

• 5 years+ theoretical or practical experience (PQE 5 yrs) – open to Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners
• Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non‑contentious employment work
• Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters
• UK‑based, able to work fully remotely

Salary & Potential

• £60,000 base
• Uncapped bonuses linked to billables
• Flexible working – choose 3, 4 or 5 days
• Realistic OTE: £70k+ (Year 1), £82k+ (Year 2) full‑time equivalent
• Many solicitors at this firm are achieving £90k+
