Job summary

eNL, a national law firm, seeks an experienced Employment Partner to join its Bristol team. You will advise a diverse client base on contentious and non-contentious matters, leveraging a portable client following and the support of a leading national platform.

You will play a key role in business development, expanding the firm’s employment offering in Bristol and across the national network, while retaining autonomy over your practice.

You will join an established and ambitious employment team advising a diverse portfolio of businesses and senior individuals across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role will involve:

• Advising employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment matters.
• Handling complex employment disputes and tribunal litigation.
• Advising on senior exits, restrictive covenants, discrimination and whistleblowing.
