Job description

We're supporting a reputable law firm who are looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-quality matters, with the full freedom and flexibility of working from home. You will provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide range of issues.

Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to provide expert advice on a number of matters
  • Ability to manage own caseload
  • 5 years+ PQE
  • Open to various levels including Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners
  • Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment work
  • Happy to work with a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondent
  • Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters
  • UK-based, able to work fully remotely
Responsibilities
  • Assisting clients delivering a professional service on a wide range of issues including, but not limited to: settlement agreements, redundancy and restructures, unfair dismissal, discrimination, disciplinary procedures and grievances
  • Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals
  • Salary and Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday hours to suit the employee
  • £65k FTE base plus uncapped OTE
  • Must be able to commit to 15-25 hours per week
