Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a broad range of clients including employers, employees, and senior executives.
  • Handling complex tribunal matters from start to finish
  • Drafting contracts, policies, and handbooks
  • Advising on discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and disciplinary / grievance issues
  • Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence
  • Providing high-quality client service and building strong, lasting relationships

  • 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Employment Law
