Job summary

A leading legal firm in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated Employment Law solicitor with 0 to 2 years PQE. You will handle a range of employment issues, including employee relations and tribunals, while contributing to marketing efforts. Up to 2 years PQE with experience of working in an Employment Law team.

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic solicitor with 0 to 2 years of PQE experience to join ourEmployment Law team, supporting the ongoing growth of the team and the firm as a whole.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge to become a successful employment solicitor.

As a successful candidate, you’ll be working across the range of contentious and non-contentious employment work, mostly acting for employers. This can include employee relations issues, employment tribunals, TUPE transactions, contracts of employment, settlement agreements, dismissals and discrimination issues, and high court litigation (restrictive covenants).

In this role, you’ll handle a varied caseload, be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

The team must be all highly engaged, and your input will be invaluable. All team members are expected to run their own files with appropriate support from colleagues.
