Employment Solicitor - West Midlands

This L500 rated firm has a new vacancy for an Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded and experienced team.

With 2 years+ PQE, you can be based in any of their offices in Shropshire or Herefordshire. There is a busy caseload on offer including advising both employees and employers in relation to settlement agreements, contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and employment tribunal proceedings, including advocacy at hearings.

You will work in a small and motivated team, with a firm which has an emphasis on personal development and positive culture.
