THE ROLE
  • You will be responsible for a varied non-contentious employment caseload, to include contracts, disciplinary issues, grievances, redundancy, TUPE, and tribunal claims.
  • Supporting businesses of all sizes and individual clients with clear, tailored legal solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent service.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
  • You will have experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters with confidence and technical precision.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
