Qualifications

  • Experience in equality/discrimination and employment tribunals.
  • Extremely proficient within Employment law.
  • Experience in redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
  • Background in supervision and/or line management.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Lawyer to join our hugely successful Employment team in Manchester.

Responsibilities
  • Advising on equality/discrimination matters, employment tribunals, redundancy, restructuring, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
  • Managing client meetings and leading complex negotiations.
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • Negotiating settlements, supporting clients through their cases, and managing your own caseload.
  • Providing top‑class legal advice where required.
  • Supervision and line management with a commercial focus on chargeable hours and billing.
Qualifications
  • Experience in equality/discrimination and employment tribunals.
  • Extremely proficient within Employment law.
  • Experience in redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
