Employment Solicitor | 4-8 PQE | National Firm | Nottingham

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a top-tier national law firm in their Nottingham office. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with excellent hybrid working arrangements.

The Opportunity
This is a key role within a nationally recognised employment team, offering the chance to work on high-quality, complex matters for a wide-ranging client base, including major corporates, public sector bodies, and high-growth SMEs.

You'll be working alongside approachable and highly experienced partners in a team that is genuinely collaborative, well-resourced, and committed to your development. The work will include a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters such as:
· Advising on internal HR issues, TUPE, restructures, and redundancies
· Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy
· Employment support on corporate transactions
· Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and settlement agreements
· Business development and client training

Candidate Profile
· 4-8 years' PQE with a solid background in employment law
· Experience in both contentious and advisory matters
· A commercial, solutions-led approach with excellent communication skills
· A genuine interest in working closely with clients and building relationships
· Experience gained at a reputable regional or national firm
