About the role

Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be working on your own caseload of both contentious and non‑contentious matters. The caseload includes:

• Disciplinaries
• Capability
• Grievance actions
• Restructuring and redundancy
• Settlement agreements
• Tribunal cases

As well as this, you will also be assisting more senior members of the team on large‑scale, complex matters and providing support to the Corporate and Commercial teams when necessary.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE within Employment law, excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, ensure the client is at the forefront of your mind and is a team player.
