A leading charity organization is seeking a Service Manager to lead an employment support program linked to musculoskeletal health. We’re recruiting on behalf of a fantastic charity for a Service Manager to lead an employment support programme linked to MSK (musculoskeletal) health.
This is a hybrid role (roughly 50/50 home and office), with the main office in Shepherds Bush and travel across West and North London.
You’ll take the lead on day-to-day service delivery — supporting Team Leaders, driving performance, and keeping everything running smoothly. A big part of the role is relationship‑building too: working with NHS teams, Primary Care Networks, local providers, and commissioners to keep the service well‑connected and effective. You’ll also use data to spot risks, improve delivery, and make sure the service consistently supports people with MSK conditions into work.
