Job Opportunity: Senior Associate/ Partner - Employment Law

Location: Glasgow

Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Law specialist to join a highly regarded team handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.

This role is ideal for someone already working at senior associate/ junior partner level or looking to take that next step. You'll manage a varied caseload, advise a broad mix of clientsand play a key part in the development of the practice.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Handle matters from instruction through to resolution, including Employment Tribunal work where required.
  • Advise employer and employee clients on contracts, policy, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy, restructuring and settlement agreements.
Experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years' PQE in employment law.
  • Confident managing a varied caseload independently.
  • Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters (advocacy experience beneficial).
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Commercial, client-focused approach.
  • Highly organised, adaptableand able to work both independently and within a team environment.
