  • Solid experience in Employment Law (both sides).
  • Strong drafting, proof‑reading, and organisational skills.

  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a practical approach.
  • Professional legal qualification (Law Degree / Paralegal / CILEX).
  • Good IT capability, including Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.

Employment Paralegal - Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Our client is seeking a driven and organised Paralegal to join their Employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a respected firm offering high‑quality work, strong support, and excellent long‑term prospects.

You’ll be joining the Employment Team on a full‑time basis (Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week), supporting a busy department. You’ll need to attend the Milton Keynes office as required, with occasional travel to other offices.

Duties include:
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Liaising confidently with clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting both claimant and respondent employment matters
