Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is assisting a growing national law firm in London to recruit an Employment Legal Director on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising multinational organisations and individual executives while supervising junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years PQE, a demonstrable history of business development, and experience mentoring junior associates, with the role offering hybrid
