Job summary

Pinsent Masons LLP is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its national Employment & Reward practice. The role offers high-quality work with UK-wide collaboration and clear progression paths, with the flexibility to be based in Glasgow, Birmingham or Leeds.

You will advise leading UK and international organisations, handling broad matters across the sector, with opportunities to work on strategic initiatives and complex disputes in a market-leading team.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified employment lawyer with at least 2+ years’ PQE.

Responsibilities

• Complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
• Strategic workforce projects, reorganisations and redundancies.
• Industrial relations, senior exits and executive reward.
• Team moves, restrictive covenants and global mobility.
• Employment support on corporate transactions and outsourcing.
• Workplace investigations, equality and pay reporting.
• Advising on the impact of technology and AI on the workplace.
