Employment Lawyer (3–5 PQE)

London | Hybrid | Permanent

A highly regarded London employment team is looking to recruit a 3–5 PQE employment lawyer as part of its continued growth.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of employer-side employment work, including contentious and non-contentious matters, transactional support and TUPE, with a strong focus on senior executive issues. You’ll work closely with experienced partners while also running your own matters with appropriate autonomy.

The Role:

• Advising employers on day-to-day and strategic employment matters
• Managing tribunal claims and contentious work
• Supporting corporate transactions and TUPE
• Advising on senior executive appointments and exits
• Contributing to business development and profile-raising

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified
• 3–5 years’ PQE in employment law
• Experience from a City, corporate or specialist employment practice
• Commercial, client-focused and confident managing matters
