Employment Law Paralegal required for our Colchester based legal client working within its well-established employment team under the supervision of an extremely experienced employment partner.

It is essential for this employment paralegal role that you possess previous paralegal and employment law experience and have the motivation to progress further in your career in employment law.

The Role
  • Working under the supervision of an experienced employment partner with over a decade of employment law experience
  • Working on a wide remit of employment law matters
  • Handling employment law cases across both private and public sector
  • Representing both employers and employees
  • Office working hours 9‑5 with flexibility of 8‑4 or 10‑6 plus one day allocated to study a week
The Person
  • Must possess previous paralegal, employment law experience
  • Self‑motivate individual who can build strong client relationships
  • Driven and highly motivated with a positive outlook
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Friendly and caring attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer care
